You are purchasing a new 1 piece handlebar top clamp for 1997 & Newer Harley-Davidson Touring Models. This includes Road King, Road Glide, Electra Glides, Ultras, and Street Glide models.
This uses stock lower risers and bolts and provides better support for the handlebars than the 2 piece top clamp.
Designed for handlebars with 1″ diameter mounting.
