You are purchasing a throttle by wire handlebar plug for Harley-Davidson handlebars.
This plug fills the throttle by wire hole in the handlebar so you can use the handlebars on models without Throttle by Wire. It also equals out the length of the throttle side to make it even with the clutch side of the handlebar.
