You are purchasing a brand new Chrome clutch perch assembly with lever.
This will fit all 2008-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring Models EXCEPT those with Hydraulic Clutch. The clutch perch assembly is complete and the clutch lever works with your existing clutch safety switch (not included).
