You are purchasing a pair of Chrome LA Choppers Risers for 1996-2011 Harley-Davidson Springer models with stock rigid mount risers.
These are 1.5″ tall and are for handlebars with 1.25″ diameter mounting. The included top cap fasteners are hidden to provide a clean smooth look when installed. Risers mount to the upper plate using the stock mounting bolts. Made in the USA.
