You are purchasing a new chrome 1 piece handlebar top clamp for Harley-Davidson models using offset handlebar risers with 3 1/2″ on center mounting.
These fit most all models except Springers and Sportster models with the speedometer mounted to the stock top clamp. These are made from billet aluminum and work with handlebars that are 1″ in diameter in the clamping area. The design covers the entire 1″ diameter handlebar clamping area. This design provides better support than the 2 piece clamps needed when installing taller bars, plus it looks good! These are highly recommended for any model with taller than stock handlebars.
